Workshops
Participants assume all responsibility and/or risk
associated with travel by aircraft, bus, car, boat,
hiking and other means of transportation.
Schedule for both days:
- Introduction and questions
- On site workshop/lecture relative to subject matter
- Image capture and one-on-one interaction
- Break for lunch
- Afternoon exploration and image capturing with the group
- Evening critique relative to subject matter, composition, exposure, creativity, etc.
(a complimentary BBQ dinner included on site)
- Open discussion, networking, break for the day

Enjoy 2 days of photographic education geared towards proper lighting, exposure and composition while on location on Orcas Island, off the coast of Washington State. Amateurs as well as professionals will gain valuable knowledge from fieldwork, workshops and capturing images. Be guided with us to some of the island's best photo opportunities. Learn to take better photographs, not just pictures. Utilize reflections, shadows, timing, setups and other creative concepts. Later, join the group again for creative critique and further discussion of the islands’ many treasures. Leave with an increased knowledge of meeting various technical photographic challenges.
