Policies
WAITING LIST - If payment is received and the trip is filled, funds will be returned and you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if/when an opening occurs.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - If you have to cancel more than 30 days out from a trip, 50% of deposit is returned. No refunds within 30 days. Upon receipt of notice you are unable to participate on a trip refunds on final balances paid are subject to the following fee structure - full cost for more than 30 days if the spot is able to be filled (no refund if spot can't be filled) and no refund within 30 days of trip. If a workshop is canceled, full refunds will be made. Fees are based on reservations made for leaders airfare, group accommodations, guide fees and ground transportation. Travel insurance is recommended to offset the fees of the refund policy.
COSTS - Price includes 2 days (roughly 8 hours each day) of photography education and guidance. Not included are accommodations, ground transportation and meals. Prices are quoted as part of a package and no refunds are given for unattended meetings. Because some trips include photographing wildlife, sunsets, fauna, etc., CAD Graphics, Inc. can't be held liable if subjects stated are not available for photographing. Weather conditions may cause conditions to not be ideal. Indoor presentations may or may not be given on some trips.
WORKSHOP SIZE – Size will be limited to 12-18 people maximum. Because of this, it's recommended you sign up early to can ensure having a spot. Workshop sizes are kept small so participants can get as much hands-on help as they desire. Certain workshops have to have a minimum and may be cancelled if necessary.
FLIGHT AND TRAVEL SCHEDULE - Try to arrange your flights to arrive early on the arrival date and depart late on the final day as we try to do some meetings the first evening and then again on the morning of the final day.
